Hope everybody had a good Thanksgiving break! Only twomore weeks, but some exciting events are happening. This Friday, PSUwill reveal its first draft of the Climate Action Plan (carbonneutrality by 2050!), and you're invited to the discussion to give yoursuggestions. Also, the Environmental Club is having its last meeting ofFall term this Thursday. If you miss this one, you'll have to wait awhole month for your next Environmental Club fix!

For our last meeting of the term, we will be talking about sustainablegift-givin' and holiday-celebratin'.It'll be a shorter meeting than usual so we can all get back to someserious studying. Bring treats if you feel like it, but mostimportantly, bring your beautiful selves and take a short break fromthe books. After the meeting, those who are interested can stay to talkabout theSeasonal Portland Cookbook.

At our last meeting, some folks had a bright idea - let's make acookbook geared towards local & organic foodstuffs in Portland!
At the next meeting on Dec 3rd, bring yer recipes! For those that areinterested, we'll sit down immediately after our next meeting and dosome delegatin' and some outlinin' and some all around good plannin'.If you can't make it but have some recipes burning a hole in yourbrain, email them to me!

Join friends for the weekly Saturday coffee ride. Leaves from PSUMillar Library at 11am, ride to two coffee shops within 5 miles andhang out. Always good company and lots of fun. Rain or shine.
